The participants of the ICM2010 would get the Proceedings of the ICM in electronic form on a DVD along with the Registration kit. Hard cover volumes in print would be made available at an additional cost of Indian rupees 5750. The volumes containing the texts of the sectional talks are to be collected during the Congress while the first Volume, which will contain the texts of the Plenary talks will be mailed after the Congress as soon as it is ready (the target date is October 15, 2010.) For information regarding financial support please check this page. Information for Indian participants is available at this page. Note: The Registration Fees were initially given in euros which was based on the then exchange rate for the indian rupee. However, for the actual funds transfer, all rates must be quoted in indian rupees. First, this is required by banking regulations in India. Second, much of our planning is based on input costs in rupees. It would therefore help if the registration fee was fixed in rupees since the exchange rate fluctuates. The rupee rate, taking in to account the bank charges and local taxes etc., is equivalent to the rate in euros quoted earlier. Accommodation rates will vary from approximately € 25 for a double room in a service apartment with kitchen facilities to € 150 for 5 star facilities. Prices are expected to fall and will be finalized by September 2009. Registration Fee DOES NOT cover accommodation charges.
