Early Bird Registration – last date extended

The last date of registration at the reduced rate of Rs. 16,000 has been extended to midnight of May 31. If you register after this date but before July 15, you will have to pay Rs. 18, 000. A refund of the Registration fee may be obtained, after paying a cancellation charges of 15%, up to July 15. The registration charges would be Rs. 22, 000 after July 15 (please see the table on the Registration page). No refunds would be admissible after July 15.

The extension of the registration date however does not apply to those who have submitted “Short communications/Posters”. Presentations will be allowed only by those who registered by May 15.

Deadline for registration is extended for those who have been selected for financial support

All the participants who have been offered financial support must register before the midnight of May 31, 2010.
